@herf I'm new to F.lux and find the tabs very understandable. I wish there were also the ability to add/delete/import/export (and reset to default) new color options in the pull down menu.

I've only used F.lux a short time, and I 've been falling asleep faster since I started using it. I don't know if it's the plaebo effect, but something is working. So I applaud the F.lux team for the this invaluable control panel.

I just signed up to request this and saw this post.

AppleScript support would allow for enabling and disabling f.lux ie. with a Harmony Remote (automation).

I'd like to have manual control over disabling and enabling the f.lux effect when watching TV/Movies at night.

The issue with flickering when wake up the machine from Stand-by - issue still persists in even in the latest update.

When the flashing happens there is a log:

2015-08-14 1:42:47.991 AM Flux[589]: Display list confused, doing full reset.

Found the temporary fix to the bug on another thread. Go to System Preferences > Display > disable Auto adjust brightness.

Do you have a window in the room where you use your devices the most? If not, consider using them in places where there are windows during the daytime.
