Yeah, the hotkey settings (or lack thereof) is really annoying.

Are there any registry hacks to disable certain f.lux keys?

Can you post which video card & driver you are using?

We do not send commands to the monitor ever, but we suspect some drivers are trying to do this (sometimes badly).

Plus, I'm not a fan of it leaving no option for setting times in general at all. I mean, I get that the team has said that they want to use this to educate people on how light has an effect on us, but I personally have worked night shifts and had to sleep during the day and had family members who did the same (prior careers in nursing homes/hospitals) and it would've been awesome to have something like this that I could optimize for my own schedule.

I'm just replying to add my voice to this request, since the forum has no "me too" option.

More options are better than fewer options. For some reason, we are in an age of settings minimalism, in which options are removed, rather than simply being placed in an "advanced" section (or simplified in some other way).
Users want customisation, and an option to toggle notifications on or off is, I believe, extremely important.

Looks like it's a clash with Actual Window Manager. Adding f.lux to its exclusions solves the problem.

Upvote. My TypeMatrix keyboard has the numpad integrated into the regular key block via [Fn]/[NmLck]. I frequently use [ALT]+NumCode to type special characters (which are not available, even on a US-intl layout with a ton of dead-keys ;) ) but f.lux somehow doesn't differentiate between [PgUp]/[PgDown] and the integrated numpad, when activated, which overlaps with those same keys.

This feature would be greatly appreciated for me also.
I access my computer from Remina (RDP) installed on a completely locked Raspberry (no rights).
So client install is not an option.
