      Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

      I thought the developers would be more interested in looking into this by now, considering that version 4 has been out for quite some time and the fact that there are other users who are also having similar issues.

      @herf
      Nope, unfortunately it still doesn't work. It simply doesn't recognize the apps I'm currently on, it thinks I'm on chrome when I clicked into it through The Sims 4.

      Why is it not possible to manually add a process into the disable list, or have a drop down that allows me to disable f.lux for a process

      If you're having issues:

      Make sure you don't have Windows Night Light running. Update your video drivers. Install a color profile

      If those things fail to help, please post your hardware info (Graphics card and driver versions).

      This software wants us to have a healthier day/night cycle. It doesn't work for me.

      f.lux is a free product, unfortunately we can't offer support for whatever you've installed, it has nothing to do with us - you need to contact the Android dev you purchased your app from.

      Thanks for the info. In case you're a dev, I just want to mention that the menu icon doesn't seem very intuitively placed. I didn't even notice it. I was under the impression all settings could be had from the system tray.

      But hey maybe that's me and my apparent lack of sunlight because of course I spend my whole day in my office.

      I'm just another f.lux user and fan, but everything can be accessed from the Notification Area. I'm not sure what you're seeing on your computer.

      Regarding not getting light, I recommend taking breaks maybe, or let some light in, or both.

      And, it's ok to let your monitor be at 6500K and kind of bright during the first 50-75% of your day. It's good to get alerting light.

      Well i decided to really examine the motherboard.. and discovered some ports are seriously damaged, so i renabled the controller in the bios and went in windows and disabled the individual ports in the device manager until the ones pictured below had 0 on the multimeter.

      Then I put some electrical tape over them, and also the power supply that came with the board I replaced with a spare one I have, and its running normal now f.lux is acting perfectly once again.

      @Dong-Lee It uses sunset times, not your own times. If you, like most, don't sleep at 4 pm, you have to manually change the color every few hours after sunset in winter, or change your location to something in the world that matches your sleep patterns. I just move the the colors as needed, since the color I've comfortable with at 5 pm is vastly different than the color I'm comfortable with at 10 pm.
