@digiangel234 yes this is a lot of exclusions, I wonder if it's messing up. I will tell you that "forgetting I excluded an app" has often been our #1 support issue - people don't understand that they have set it up, so that is why the notification exists this way. It should probably be more subtle anyway.

We are trying to avoid annoying people & not ever doing this more than once for the same app, but we will add a checkbox to prevent it entirely, for people who actually understand how disabling works.

When you switch tabs, you are adjusting what the screen will look like in the future, not right now. If you want to adjust what the screen looks like right now, you don't have to change tabs, they will change automatically throughout the day and all you have to do is move the slider.

@ALIENQuake you would need to add it to the registry (the particulars depend on whether you are using our normal version or corporate) - try RegShot or one of the tools that will find the right keys for your version?

@PerryLi if you dim the screen a lot, this should be just fine for sleep.

f.lux's defaults are set to do a lot more for people with big bright screens (like desktops).

@akpool we agree - but are out of date with dev tools, and the virtual version works OK (we are not cpu intensive). Hope we can address this in the future.

Right now we only change the app mode and leave the system setting alone - this is because in Windows 10, the taskbar was kind of glaringly white with the day mode set. We will make a note to add an option to change both together also.

@sweatylaborer thanks we are tracking this and have reported it to Apple - here it seems to affect internal displays (MBP) but not an external one. Can you post your system model?

Hey Xilef, I'm interested on this server you created. I would like to integrate my tuya bulb on f.lux. Can you share how you did it?

@caramelo11 Not sending screenshot because it's not in english and you probably wouldn't be able to read it, but the option "Ignore reference mode" is turned off, I don't use HDR in neither of my monitors.

I have the same problem when working with vscode in full-screen. I want to keep the option to disable f.lux for full-screen apps, except for vscode ^^

Any updates about this feature ? Is this even planned for a future release ?
