4.31 has this option now, "disable for full screen app" could you post when and what features this has, changelog says something about multi-monitor support.
I thought it might work for games with one monitor, but I am noticing weird issue.
I have my daytime use setting at 5800k, when I start any application, even small window utilities the value changes to like 6200 and then goes down back to 5800.

I have to test at night if games stay at right values and not go down to 3xxx night values.

Yes - I think the fade timing is wrong, which would mostly fix this.
People don't close programs that much so we would probably avoid doing this exactly.

@Pegart I think our new schedule should work just fine for this - set your wake time and try the "working late" preset to get started.

I know we can detect "all" fullscreen apps (may be good enough), but I am not sure if we can detect all D3D fullscreen apps that might need the cursor.

Probably not another list of things to avoid though, needs to be automatic.

Then you may need to restart f.lux. I think I had this happen to me once when I was testing this feature. I don't know how to reproduce it reliably though.

Also, when using two monitors with vignette mode, the center of the vignette is the intersection of both monitors, instead of the center of each monitor. Like it's treating the monitors as one big monitor.

Thanks - we are trying to show the "last two" apps in the disable menu. So the goal is to show the "last fullscreen" app and then the app you alt-tabbed to. See if this works?

We may instead do a hotkey for this case to make it easier (maybe alt-shift-End to complement alt-End) but then it would only work if you learned the hotkey.

If you wish to try this, then I recommend a fresh installation of f.lux. So, I recommend uninstalling f.lux 3.12 first and restarting your computer.

You may need to restart after installing it in order to make it work 100% as intended. Even if it doesn't seem like you have to restart your computer, I recommend doing so anyway. That's been my experience with these updates so far anyway.
