The huebright.reg file uses the same brightness for all time periods. I prefer to adjust the brightness accordingly also and the .reg file supports this. Here's my HueAdapt.reg file contents with daytime 100%, sunset 75%, bedtime 50% brightness for the different modes
Download, double-click to update the registry, disable f.lux (alt-end), re-enable (alt-end) and it took effect for me.
