Flicker on Dell P2222H with mac mini M1

I can see a bit of flickering on my panel on darker greys like inside apple music
when I turn on flux
specs of panel
IPS LCD 1080p
6bit+frc panel
99% sRGB and connected to an M1 mac mini through an HDMI cable -
