Hide Flux icon in MacOS menu bar
-
It would be cool if there was a setting to disable the menu bar icon in MacOS. I never use it.

Some menu icons can’t be removed this way and a command drag won’t do anything. Usually these icons are their own applications, like Flux, DesktopUtility, DayO, etc, and instead need to be quit directly from the menu bar item itself.

@edelstone I would appreciate this feature as well. Would much prefer Flux to live in notification center or control center on Big Sur.

You may consider a menu bar manager, I'm using Bartender.
On MacMenuBar.com there are a lot of menu bar managers.
With this tools you can hide menu bar items.
Usually these items are still accessible with a single click or keyboard shortcut.Bartender 3 is for macOS Catalina, Mojave, High Sierra and Sierra.
Bartender 4 is for macOS Big Sur.
