How do I customize the schedule?

My computer is running 10.11.6 because that's as far as it can be upgraded. Because I spend so much time looking at the computer screen, I want to keep flux on all the time. My flux version is 39.987. How do I do this?

f.lux has three times of day, and you can adjust the setting for each one separately.
Click each tab one at a time and it the way you like, or start with a preset (from the pulldown menu).
