How to configure which app flux is disable on

So i've figured out how to disable flux for certain apps, but now that I've done this I cannot figure out a way to undo this disabling of flux for certain apps? Can I reenable flux for certain apps? If so can can i do that?

Just do the same thing again.
Open the app, then go to the menu f.lux-->Disable-->Disable for xxx, you'll see a checkmark. Choose it, and the checkmark will go away.
