Flux resets Dark Mode to 'Normal' mode in Sierra 10.12.6 [SOLVED]

Whenever I Open or Quit out of the Flux app, the Dark Mode resets itself to Normal mode. I'm using the latest version of Flux (39.94). Any help?

Is "macOS dark theme at sunset" checked within f.lux? It should not touch this pref unless it is.
