No double chime when setting up Hue control on Windows 10?

Everything I've read states the following should work:

flux app > right click > extras > check hue box > click done > hear double chime > press hue bridge button

Except, I never get a double chime... Any ideas?

Obligatory "yes, I checked that" section:

Sound is not muted
Volume mixer does not show any application sounds muted
HUE is plugged into the same router as PC with flux
HUE is reachable from cell phone connected to same router

@aybld just change either slider color and it should update. If not, then that means f.lux is not yet updated to support the new bridge update.
