      Could you please recommend resources for estimating LUX emitted from iphone 6 screen at various brightness levels. Trying to find data approximating this so to compare iphone exposure to full spectrum bright lights as used in sleep medicine as iphones are more readily available for most individuals. Thanks

        There is a "dim" slider you can use. It computes "lux at the eye" from a fully-bright screen.

          Thanks. Is the "dim" slider at the top of this page where you click to various wavelengths to adjust brightness? If so, I don't understand how to use it to maximize brightness.

              As well: distance is the other major variable. You can use f.luxometer to simulate an iPhone at 2" distance, which is about what you'd want for light therapy!

              Turns out VR goggles are a good option for this.
