Flux affecting other profiles - El Capitan 10.11.3

I have two profiles on my iMac with El Capitan 10.11.3.
I use flux on my profile, my wife doesn't like it.
In the latest version, the color profile started changing on her profile as well.
This is an annoyance, I always have to go on her profile and change the color profile.
But when I go on the color profile settings, flux isn't there, only the imac one, so I just need to open the settings and it's restored.

Yes this is a bug in the video driver - really the OS should load the profile when you switch users. You could do some kind of Automator to load the profile at login?
Also, if nothing else works, you could try running f.lux under her account but with all the settings set to 6500K...
