None yet, we recommend turning off automatic brightness.

I'm having this weird flickering on El Capitan when movie mode is enabled. Only thing is that automatic brightness is not enabled.

I am also getting flickering/flashing, only in movie mode. Turning off adjust brightness automatically in the system does not help me.

The "Darkroom" Color Effects setting also causes continuous flickering even though automatic brightness is disabled. Hope this gets fixed soon!

for what you are telling us seems the problem is cause for flux itself and not by the MacOSX automatic brightness.
