F.lux is incompatible with Google chrome

I don't know if I am the only one is having this issue, but f.lux works great with all other application, until I expand google chrome app to a full window which disables f.lux and the screen original bright colors are back on. How can I fix it?

Do you have a dual GPU computer? Does locking to one card or the other help? (You can use gfx.io.)
And which version of f.lux do you have, which version of Chrome do you have?
