For a few moments after using darkroom mode, my screen was in greyscale rather than black and red. I loved it! Is there a way to have greyscale be the permanent mode?

The screen would flicker between greyscale and black and red. I needed to shut off "automatic brightness function" in "display" of system preferences and restart my computer. However, upon restarting, the darkroom mode was only in black and red and the greyscale was lost.

I want greyscale all the time!!! Can you help me?

We can run OS X and iOS in greyscale in addition to flux.
