Flux stopped working after sleep

This started a few days ago. I noticed the screen wasn't changing after sundown and realized Flux thinks its working (I see the temperature going down with time) but my screen doesn't change. The only way to get it to work is to quick Flux and start it up again. This reoccurs every time I wake up the laptop from sleep, having to quit and restart flux. I don't recall any changes to my machine recently. I'm on Ventura 13.4.1 and Flux 42.2.
