No DarkMode anymore

My MacBook Air doesn't want to go to DarkMode anymore. The menus show up dark but the rest doesn't switch. I remember having this problem some years ago because of an option on Flux.
After quitting Flux the problem remains so I'm not absolutely sure if Flux is causing the DarkMode problem.
Can anyone refresh my mind?
Ventura 13.2, M1, Flux 42.1
