When flux enabled in OS X El Capitain and Safari youtube videos have weird banding issue when full screen

1. Launch Safari
2. View a youtube video that has a lot of white colours
3. stop moving mouse for a bit
4. colours will start looking weird especially near highlights or white colours
5. moving mouses fixes the issue
