Turn off notifications for f.lux disabled apps

Is there a way to turn off the notifications every time I open an app that I have f.lux disabled for? I know when I open Photoshop that I have f.lux disabled. I don't need a notification telling me so every time I open it. Please let me know if there is a way to remove them, and if there isn't can this please be added as a setting?
