Turn off all pop-ups

Is it possible to turn off all pop-up notifications? When I disable flux I've already intentionally clicked on the option. I don't need an extra pop-up that requires extra clicks. This also applies to when I'm using my computer in full screen mode and then return to seeing many notifications to close.
