Switching between fullscreen apps disables flux

I often use fullscreen apps, and when tabbing out back to my desktop, it disables f.lux temporarily and then i have to open of f.lux settings and click the bar.
When i restart my computer, and open up the fullscreen app again, and tab out, it automatically fixes f.lux, but then after a while, it stops doing it automatically. So that forces me to keep open the settings window and click it everytime.I use the latest build.

it seems to have gotten better now, flux fixes it's self after a couple seconds.
I gues you really can't get rid of the flickering, it's just mac os.
