I often use fullscreen apps, and when tabbing out back to my desktop, it disables f.lux temporarily and then i have to open of f.lux settings and click the bar.
When i restart my computer, and open up the fullscreen app again, and tab out, it automatically fixes f.lux, but then after a while, it stops doing it automatically. So that forces me to keep open the settings window and click it everytime.

      I use the latest build.

it seems to have gotten better now, flux fixes it's self after a couple seconds.
I gues you really can't get rid of the flickering, it's just mac os.
