Everything collapse and f..lux doesn't work

Recently, my PC seems to randomly collapse, while being on (if I'm in a Team calll, it's still going), and my screens and all my winsowd pop back one by one with always one thing missing; f.lux is disable.
When i go in there to play with the slidders, nothing works. The only workaround I found is to reboot, but since it has been happen quite often, it's a pain to always have to reboot in a middle of my work day.
Not sure if f.lux is the issue here, but since it's the only thing that stop responding, I would assume something is fighting it.

@Vani09 it sounds like a full video driver crash. Usually our monitor info will show the video driver version, so I would look for an updated driver. Also are you on the latest version of f.lux?
