    Difference between laptop display and external monitor

      I use a laptop and when I am at home it is attached to an AOC monitor and F.Lux works fine. However, when travelling, I find the screen becomes too dim to see clearly when F.Lux kicks in, even with the monitor's brightness turned right up, Is there any way of having different settings for the two? Or is there something else that I need to do to get F.Lux to recognise the different monitors?

      Here is the driver info for using the laptop screen (I'm away from home right now so I cannot add that for the AOC monitor):
