need a hint on the settings for a dark room

hey, I'm constantly working programming in a dark room with a little dim lighting to illuminate the keyboard and exit the room, and it becomes completely dark at night. where can I find the mode for my work in the program? ideally, there would be three modes and all three for programming: 1 for a completely dark environment, for dimmed light, for normal daylight in the room. I don't need cicada mode and other "smart" settings

@Alex5525 we do maintain three presets in this version - one for when the sun's up, another for the early evening, and another for right before bed. You can make the second two the same, just move the slider as you like.
