Dual Monitors - Different F.lux coloring

Hi, 2 monitors, both the same brand, and new. Have both at the same brightness and color levels. Night Lite feature turned off. Both hooked up by HDMI. Laptop is closed.
Issue: I'll often have it where one monitor appears much redder than the other. I can find nothing to indicate why. This happens when I've had F.Lux on for a while. I then disable and see that one monitor is dimmer than the other, even though both have the same brightness/color setting.
Is this a known issue? Any fix so it's consistent?

@apollo606 Mine also I loved F.Lux in the past now with the Asus Pro Duo it only works for the Main Display. The one at the bottom does not work at all even after restart.
