Windows 11 Blinking on Random Apps Launch

Hello!
First of all - thank you for such a wonderful program. I am long time user, and now I've installed flux on my new laptop with win11 in dark mode - in case if it's important (previously I was using it on laptops with regular win7 and 10 - with no issues at all).
The problem is - every time I launch a browser (Firefox, Chrome - doesn't matter) - or do some type of app configuring (installing, uninstalling, 'sudden' maximizing etc. - flux sort of turns off, and the screen shines on my with all the blue light glory.
Night light is off, I've double checked it.
The error is 100% repeatable (at least with the browsers startup).System is:
