Not recognising fullscreen apps/games on Windows 11

Since upgrading to Windows 11, f.lux is failing to recognise any apps or games running in fullscreen mode. I have tried enabling and disabling the option in f.lux but this hasn't made any difference
Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

Hi can you post f.lux options > driver info?
Not seeing this on a single-display test machine, but maybe there are virtual desktops or multiple monitor things we should test also.
