Keeping the Same Settings All the Time Doesn't Work

I want to keep my settings the same all the time but at certain times of the day/night, the color scheme changes without notice. I keep on having to fiddle with all the menu options repeatedly to try to get the color to go back to what I wanted.
I have the settings I wanted saved under Custom but I can't stop it from changing. Would love to know if/how I can keep my settings the same.

Turn off Night Light in the Windows settings. Navigate in the Windows settings to System > Display. You'll find it at the top of the Display settings page.
