I have a second monitor (Wacom Cintiq) attached via USB-C DisplayPort and when I turn on my computer after hibernation, Flux is always still on - only on the Cintiq, not on my main laptop screen.

I just upgraded laptops and didn't have this issue before, but my old laptop was connected via regular DP since it didn't have USB-C DisplayPort support. I'm not sure if this is what's causing the issue, but using the USB-C on my current laptop saves me a lot of cables so I'd like to keep using it if possible.

Can you post f.lux options > driver info so we can see what the adapter is?

(USB-C connections can cause some issues, depending on the kind.)

@dieustryth It does look like the Cintiq is connecting directly, but usually USB-C would require some kind of adapter like "Wacom Link" or DisplayLink.

There are some slightly newer drivers available but it is more likely to be an issue with the USB connection.

@herf Thanks - I've updated the driver but I'll look into bringing back the WacomLink into my setup - it's unfortunate to have to reintroduce those extra cables but it'll probably be worth it. Thanks again!
