Monitor Flickering

From the last update my monitor starts flickering a lot randomly and especially when it says the time before bedtime. It also doesn´t work in game fullscreen even CTRL Tabbing and getting out and going back in to the game. Is there something it can make it work smooth like before?

I've got the same problem. Dual Displays. Windows 10 Pro. GeForce Game Ready Driver 445.87

In my case the flickering happens at 6 am and 9 pm specifically (The wake up time is set 8 am). Firstly the warmth of the screen is abrubtly replaced by coldness, then after about 4-5 seconds the monitor start to flicker between warm and cold display, as if something restrains f.lux from working correctly, it flickers for a minute and then goes back to normal. I figured out how to do this manually within the monitor (I de-installed f.lux), with Custom RGB settings (please see below). I'm doing ok with two monitors, and these two settings: 2400K and 3400K For more details, please see my post titled: Flickering screen, again, with the latest version: f.lux (v4.118) . . . (08/04/20 I accidentally put this in the V3 forum) Research suggests that f.lux must talk directly to display hardware to work – no remote desktops. I'm curious to see if you get good results also!
