Is there a way for me to manually adjust the night lighting setting to a level in between 1200k Ember and 1900k Candle? I'd say 1700k is my sweet spot. :)

Sure, you can do either of these things:
- turn on Options > Use wider slider ranges
- use alt-shift-pgdn/pgup
