f.lux not working immediately upon start up?

 It's only working if I open the F.lux application not automatically

 Did you restart your computer after installing f.lux?

 Having the same problem. Uninstalled-installed flux, problem persists. This is with latest win10 and version 4.111 of flux.

 Do you have any antivirus that could be disabling f.lux? 
- 
					
					
					
					
 This actually looks more like some issue after a Windows update - I recently lost more than just f.lux service.

 Does Task Manager > startup have a lot of things missing or turned off? If anything Microsoft-related, it's probably in the "defender" or "security" logs.
