Hi, I'm in front of my laptop for over 17+ hrs and the manual brightness adjustment did no good.

Then I came to know to about this app f.lux. Is this app really good as they say? Does it really help reduce eye strain?

I'm in front of my laptop for over 17+ hrs per day. Can this app help?
