f.lux suddenly stopped applying colors

I have a MacBook Pro. Suddenly, f.lux stopped giving me the color filter I had been using. It just stopped. The slider doesn't work. I uninstalled it and reinstalled (at least, I think I did. I might have to call Apple and do it again) but it's still not working and the slider still doesn't work. Thoughts, anyone?
