My screen is red

I recently downloaded this app and was trying out it's different options. I found a drop menu that said I could have it in 'movie mode' and other options. I clicked on one of those options and it turned my screen black and red (mostly red) so that I see barely anything to reverse the effect.
I would attach a photo but it seems any photo I take is too big to upload. -
This is darkroom mode.
In the future, alt+End will get f.lux to disable whatever it's doing. -
I experienced the same issue. Alt+End doesn't help! What do I do?
