Disable when specific applications running.

would it be possible to add a feature to disable when specific applications are running?

example: if photoshop.exe is running it would disable. re-enable when .exe closes.

Suppose you know we do this when an app is in the foreground.

People don't close things like Photoshop very often, so I am not sure we would add it globally...
