White stripe at the bottom of the screen while watching online video

Hi ! I've F.lux v4.66. My settings of the f.lux is : current color - 3400K:Halogen and Effects - Vignette mode. While I'm watching online video in fullscreen mode - white stripe at the bottom of the screen. How can I resolve this issue ? Many thanks in advance !

You will have to use a camera to capture this because it's not being captured this way. All I'm seeing is a normal video.
