How do I disable flux on startup?

I used to be able to have flux only run when I opened the application but with this new version I can't find that option. Can anyone tell me where in the options to disable on startup is?

F.lux never had this option. So, you probably deleted its entry in the Registry from here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
It always gets written into this Registry key upon f.lux's installation if an entry isn't already there.

You can use Task Manager to disable this.

I can confirm that v3 didn't have such an option because I had to use this trick for v3 too.
