windows desktop = fullscreen app

With the "disable for fullscreen apps" option it disables itself if I focus my desktop. Wouldn't have thought of the desktop as an app.

Right, for me every app I run the value goes up to 6500, then back down to setting i have set, this is for normal window type applications.

Thanks, fix is rolling now.
I broke a case at the last minute and was only testing on multiple monitor machine. :)

Ok, 4.32, fixed issue with wondow apps, with disable fullscreen apps.
