O.K. so there's a reddit post about waking up every 15 minutes so one can wake up easier.

The girl used to set an alarm every hour, wake up, and go back to sleep "instantly". Well that changed a little bit, and now it's, wake up at 5 A.M., and set alarms every 15 minutes, until 7 A.M. I don't think this is the right way to go so I'm looking for feedback from people that know more than I do!
