Screen flickers since latest updates

Since the latest update (4.141), I keep getting flickers starting the moment flux first starts tinting my monitors. Everything is fine for hours, and reliably starts exactly then.
It's basically impossible to reproduce, but it's just random grey flickers, and sometimes one of my 2 monitors gets stuck at a super weird contrast (like setting gamma to 0 or 50) for a second until I click something.The interesting thing is that this persists even when disabling f.lux or closing it entirely, but it only ever starts the instant flux tints the screen for the first time during PC runtime, which makes it 100% flux-related.
I also updated to Nvidia's new 610.47 driver at the same time as I updated f.lux, so it might also be a fault on Nvidia's side, but I still wanted to report it so it's known here
