Drastic change in color when laptop is plugged in vs unplugged

Basically just what the title says. When I plug in my laptop the warmth increases heavily vs when it is unplugged and I'm uncertain how to remedy this if at all possible. It is an ASUS Zenbook. Apologies if this has been answered before I did not see it in the FAQ.

@ned_arb got it, yes we have some fixes coming for these machines, but at least some of the Adreno/Qualcomm devices have no working support for external monitors
