I want add manually my .exe list because this menu is poor and limited.

What should i do? where flux stores the data?

Is there an app that isn't showing up? Wondering what you are hoping to do?
We previously used EXE names, but we had to switch to window titles because all managed apps use the same EXE
The registry entry for this preference is HKCU/Software/Michael Herf/flux/Preferences/disabled - you can modify it and it might work!
