How to get flux to not dim webcam?

When night comes, the monitor screen dims, and that's great. When having video calls at night, the video stream that is being captured by my webcam is also dimmed. Is there a way to get flux to exclude the webcam?

Ideally, flux would dim everything except the webcam so that people who see me via a video call would not a dimmed video.
