Fixed Temperature Setting?

Hey, I feel like I've checked all the FAQs and searched the forums, and I can't find the answer to this - is there a setting so that I can set the colour temp it will just stay that way until I manually adjust the slider again?
If it's obvious and I just missed it, feel free to flame me (but please also tell me where it is haha).
