Can i use a personal license in a interprise or the person is obligated to use corporate license?

i want to know if a employer is obligated to put the software with corporate license in the computers or if it's optional.

@ZezFz our rule of thumb is: if you are bringing the software to work, it's personal use. If the employer (or IT) is involved, it's commercial.
