Hi, I've had glasses since I was 7 years old. I'm in front of the computer about 8 - 10 hours a day for the past 15 years. All I know is some parts of the day, my eye gets strained or I get a headache and I've just really accepted that.

I read this article, and I am convinced that monitors, tv, and mobile are really harmful to our eyes.
You just feel eye strains but eventually it will cause eye degeneration because of the blue light it emits. Blue light courses through the cornea to the retina, compared to red light. The sad part is our eyes don't have a protection for this light.

You can check this article for you to have a better understanding on this, I'm sure I wasn't able to explain it well compared to this. thewiredshopper.com/what-is-low-blue-light-technology-and-do-you-need-it

      Thank you.
