Can i change the Colour from yellow/orange to blue?

Can i change the Colour from yellow/orange to blue? As im dyslexic i have glasses that are tinted blue but sometimes dont have them, is there a way i can change the colour so it tints my screens blue instead of yellow/orange?
ive tried to change the standard Widows 10 one but it dont allow to change colours.

@shaam54 yes you should
- use options > use wider slider ranges, or
- choose "blue sky" or "civil twilight" in the extra colors menu.
